Dan is a business leader with over 35 years experience working across the manufacturing and services sectors. He is an experienced CEO with international experience in global markets including Australia, China, UAE, India, Turkey and the UK. 

 

With over 25 years of experience in the global MICE industry focusing specifically on Conferences and Exhibitions he has direct experience in every facet of the industry having run , conceptualised and launched and acquired and sold events (and event companies). He has also successfully established a number of start-up businesses in Australia and China. Dan is an experienced company director and chairperson. He was a member of the global executive management board of Reed Exhibitions (RX)  for over 13 years based in London. 

 

Dan is passionate about leadership, leadership development, organisational culture, strategy, stakeholder engagement and sales optimisation

 

Today, Dan has co-founded Turnkey Event Solutions and TES Recruitment which deliver specialised advisory, M&A, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and recruitment services to the events industry. He is an accredited Senior Practitioner Coach with the peak body, The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and works in partnership with the Leading Well team of coaches bringing the most cutting edge thinking on leadership to the events industry.
