John Gorton

John is a results-driven senior executive with 32 years of career success in the events industry in the UK and Australia.  John excels in developing and implementing company strategy, building positive culture and driving revenue and profit growth.  He is an outstanding General Manager with well-honed skills and extensive success in P+L and people management, sales and marketing, business development and operations. 
John is an inspiring and respected leader with first-class interpersonal skills and strengths in identifying and developing talent and building high performance teams. An excellent communicator and relationship-builder with exceptional organisational skills plus a track record of commercial success through an entrepreneurial approach to business development, forming strategic alliances and product innovation.
John’s career has involved him in events and exhibitions in over 20 countries.  He has held leadership roles in both the organiser and supplier side of the industry.  John himself, his events and his teams have won company and industry-wide awards for excellence.  During his 17-year career at Reed Exhibitions, John delivered over 200 trade and consumer exhibitions, covering twelve industry sectors and all major cities in Australia.  John’s events are known for the focus on buyer-supplier engagement and high level of customer-driven content - conferences, awards dinners, networking, product demonstrations and education

Dan Londero

Dan is an experienced CEO having run global business units and businesses in Australia, China and the UK. He has established joint venture companies in China, India and Turkey with entrepreneur led enterprises. With over 22 years experience in the MICE industry focusing specifically on Conferences and Exhibitions he has been involved in every facet of the industry having run events, conceptualised and launched events, acquired and sold events (and event companies) and has done so internationally. He has also successfully established a number of start up businesses in Australia and China. Dan has sat on numerous company boards as either a director or chairperson in Australia and abroad. He was also a member of the global management board of Reed Exhibitions for over 13 years. Dan is passionate about leadership, strategy, stakeholder engagement and sales.

Dan has a strong background in sales and sales optimisation and has a track record of leading highly engaged teams. 

It is Dan’s ability to deeply connect with people and desire to see them succeed that underpins his approach to employee engagement, coaching and mentoring.
